Green Ice cream *

Just posting a photo of this super yummy and healthy home-made ice cream. Just had to blend frozen banana with mango and spinach, and it was ready to serve. Simple, tasty,
full of vitamins and, overall, GOOD for you.
When thinking about giving your blog a second life.. Well, stop thinking and start doing. This just in, my new motivation line.
Cant even think about giving up on anything right now. Eating clean, getting lean, doing what you love, these are the things you want to hold on to, but it's not that simple, unless you find the right kind of motivation and inspiration.
Well for me, a design student, with passion for fitness, nutrition and otherwise healthy and joyful living.. Can't even talk about myself for 30 sec, when I've forgotten what I wanted to say, well life goes on so, be it, this proves importance of things.

to the bottom of my glass


Hello again! I've been loving this healthy drink recipe lately, and the truth is it's great for your skin and body. It contains water, lemon and ginger. What you have to do is simply mix these three ingredients together, I like to put a little bit of fresh lemon juice in the glass, then add sliced ginger (and you don't have to put a lot of it, cause ginger is really spicy and you might not like it when it's super strong) and pour a little bit of boiled water over it, so that the ginger absorbs into the water and lemon juice, after about 5 minutes add room temperature water and your drink is ready!
